Paige Symon
Mental Health Therapist

Paige earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College and her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston. She works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, burnout, and boundary-setting.
Paige takes a warm, person-centered, collaborative approach — while also being direct and willing to challenge clients when that's what helps. She incorporates CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and narrative therapy to help clients understand their patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.
Outside of the therapy room, Paige enjoys the beach, being outdoors, and spending time with her dogs.

Jenny Whyte, LMHC

Jenny is a licensed mental health counselor whose approach is integrative, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood.
Drawing from CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, Jenny tailors her work to meet each client where they are — helping them build practical skills, recognize their strengths, and move toward goals that feel meaningful to them. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a little humor into the room, and believes therapists never stop learning.
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find her spending time with friends and family, following the latest true-crime case, or outdoors with her animals.

Colleen Chagnon

Colleen is a pre-licensed, master's-level therapist. She believes therapy is most meaningful when clients feel genuinely seen, accepted, and supported as they are, and creates a safe, warm, and authentic space grounded in unconditional positive regard.
Rooted in person-centered and trauma-informed care, Colleen works collaboratively with clients to shape treatment around what matters most to them, incorporating DBT, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and relational approaches along the way.
Outside of the therapy room, Colleen enjoys baking, practicing yoga, exploring new restaurants, and finding small ways to bring creativity into everyday life.

Jackie Lightner has over a decade of experience as a social worker and clinician in the mental health field. She founded Lightwork on the belief that clients deserve tangible skills and practices they can carry into the harder moments of life — and is passionate about programs that support women navigating life changes, anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and addiction.
Jackie has been a keynote speaker and panelist at events including NorthShore Chamber's THRIVE summit and the MAHP Annual Conference, has appeared as a guest on podcasts including NAPS' Unswaddled and Point 1, and provides corporate trainings for organizations such as EF Education First.

Molly Maguire, LMHC

Molly Maguire, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor and Clinical Director at Lightwork. A founding member of the organization, she brings over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, specializing in work with women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, and everyday stress.
Molly takes a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness to help clients build confidence and create meaningful change. She's passionate about helping women build lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.
Outside of work, Molly loves spending time with her dog, golfing, reading, and enjoying time at the beach.
